FULL TECHNICAL REPORT ____________________________________________________ Technical Report I - Existing Conditions Technical Report II - Alternate Floor Systems Technical Report III - Lateral System Analysis
|
_____________________________________________________ Technical Report I Technical Report I is an analysis of the existing structure in terms of gravity and lateral loads. Enclosed is an adequacy report of the floor system, beams, girders, and columns to carry loading from gravity, in a addition to a derivation of lateral forces from wind and seismic. _____________________________________________________ Technical Report II Technical Report II is a continuation of Existing Conditons that analyzes three alternative floor systems in addition to the existing system. This report involves preliminary design to determine the viability of that system structurally, for the existing load conditions, and non-structurally, in relation to the other project disciplines. _____________________________________________________ Technical Report III Technical Report III continues off of the Alternate Floor Systems report to address lateral loading. This report analyzes the existing structure using both an ETABS model and hand checks to determine how the stucture reponds to resist wind and seismic loads. The findings are then compared with the expected values from intuition and ASCE7-10. _____________________________________________________ Click Here or the picture to the left to view the full report in pdf format.
